Belonging Living Transition (BLT) Onboarding

This program is designed to prepare incoming first-year and transfer students for life at ODU by fostering intercultural perspectives and ensuring they feel a sense of belonging from the very start of their Monarch journey. Through BLT, students gain access to valuable resources, support, and opportunities to connect with fellow new and current students, student organizations, faculty, and staff. The program's primary goal is to provide a holistic transition to university life while helping students build their community from day one.
