Welcome to Powhatan Village Apartments at Old Dominion University! Hello, Residents of Powhatan Village: Welcome HOME! My name is Matt and I am the Residence Hall Director for Powhatan Village Apartments. To assist with operations of our community, Powhatan Village Apartments has two Assistant Hall Directors, Jackie and Derrick. Furthermore, the team consists of 18 resident assistants and 6 desk receptionists. The team in Powhatan Village Apartments is comprised of highly-motivated and dedicated professional and para-professional staff committed to assisting you in achieving personal, professional, and academic success.
