Each day, you’ll follow a self-care calendar featuring one simple activity (like deep breathing, journaling, movement, or gratitude) that encourages you to slow down and reset. These daily actions are easy to fit into your routine and give you the chance to explore new ways to manage stress and take care of your mental health.
Complete at least 10 out of the 21 activities to be entered to win a Relaxation Prize Pack and walk into finals week feeling calm, confident, and prepared.
