Have any questions about how to have a safe and fun Spring Break? Come stop by the Health Promotion Office and chat with the Health Educator! He will be available to answer any questions you may have related to alcohol and other drug use, sexual health, sleep hygiene, stress management, and mental health. Also, free take home activities will be provided that can be done over the break to reduce stress and increase relaxation!
