Dr. Sharan Asundi from the Department and Aerospace Engineering will lead a breathing-based meditation session that can reduce stress & anxiety. Bring a mat or blanket to sit on during the session. Breathe your stress away and become stress-free. At the end of the session, you may enjoy some herbal tea!
