Flyer for Data Club - Machine Learning and Theory Development ( Hands-On Workshop )

Guest Speaker Dr. Kedong Chen from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute will provide will introduce Random Forest, Neural Network, and Gradient Boosted Regression as approaches to select important variables for theory building, and then discuss the challenges of doing this. Students are encouraged to bring a laptop and practice.
