This is a special retreat session celebrating Diwali with SKY. This 3-session workshop is a powerful weekend resilience program. In this rejuvenating workshop, you will learn and practice SKY Breath Meditation, an evidence-based breath work and meditation practice that can significantly reduce anxiety and stress markers, while increasing overall well-being and calmness. The workshop features interactive group processes, experiential learning, breath work techniques, meditation, light yoga, and mindful leadership.
