The SKY Campus Happiness Club offers students ways to reduce stress, thrive in life and lead with purpose and belonging. Our Flagship program SKY Happiness Retreat: Evidence-based breathwork and meditation – Immersive 3-day resilience training through evidence-based SKY meditation and breath-work, social connection, self-development and stress-management skills which bring calm, clarity and happiness. This retreat provides tools that build positive communities, inspire leadership and foster emotional intelligence. This also provides a strong framework for establishing preventive self-care habits and routines. We offer weekly meditation sessions and SKY Happiness Retreats
