Flag Football: Pass or run your way to the end zone for a touchdown, all-the-while dodging opponents who are desperately trying to pull your flag. Flag Football is a non-contact sport allows players of all abilities, and sizes, to play for competition or for fun. Teams of 7 players, 8 for Co-Rec, play on a 40 x 80 yard field with 4 – 20 yard “zones” that represent first downs. Each team has 6 eligible receivers on offense and one quarterback who is perpetually in shotgun mode. In this sport it’s not about who has the fastest receivers, it’s who completes the most efficient passes. There are no fumbles so feel free to pitch the ball as many times as you want. Teams will play 1 game per week during the regular season and a champion will be determined after a single elimination playoff tournament. Teams will be able to select their regular season game day and time on IMLeagues.com/ODU prior to the season beginning. Teams must meet the minimum number of players to be added to a division for competition.

Volleyball: Can you serve and spike your way to glory? Join our volleyball league now! Teams of 6 players will compete on the main courts of the Student Recreation Center for 1 regular season game per week. Following the regular season, teams will showdown in a single elimination tournament to determine the champion for the season. Teams will be able to select their regular season game day and time on http://IMLeagues.com/ODU prior to the season beginning. Outdoor Soccer: Take another shot at becoming a champion in Outdoor Soccer during the spring semester with Outdoor Soccer.
