**Yoga Under the Stars**
**Wednesday, September 23 | 8:00–9:00 PM**

Unwind beneath the night sky and join ODU Recreation & Wellness for **Yoga Under the Stars**! This all-levels yoga class offers a relaxing opportunity to slow down, stretch, and reconnect with your mind and body in an outdoor setting.

Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is designed to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed. Wear comfortable clothing and join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and community.

**Yoga mats will be provided**, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Registration is encouraged through the **ODU Rec Well Portal**.
