If you are a certified lifeguard and it's time to renew your certification, the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Recertification Course is the course for you! This class will review the knowledge and skills needed to help prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies, including land and water rescue skills as well as first aid and CPR/AED.

This class will be offered February 8 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Prices are $125 for ODU Students, $135 for SRWC Members, and $145 for all others. Visit the ODU Rec Well website for more details, and the ODU Rec Well Portal to register!
