Leadership Lecture Series (LLS): Goal Setting

Aspirational, but realistic, achievable goals keep teams on track. From this session, participants will learn about the connection between effective goal setting and leadership. Attendees will leave this session equipped with actionable goals for themselves and the knowledge of how to leverage goals for effective team environments.
