Why I chose this program: I felt like this was the place where I would truly feel supported and trained to become the EM physician I aspire to be. As an EVMS student, I spent a lot of time in the ED here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The faculty are amazing. The residents are happy. EVMS provides plenty of ultrasound experience, which was one of my priorities. I enjoyed the past 4 years in Norfolk and look forward to 3 more!
