This interactive Career Fair Bootcamp prepares students to navigate the ODU career fair with confidence while strengthening their 8 –to-Great (Critical Thinking) NACE competency. The workshop aims to do this through multiple group activities like employer role-play scenarios that will allow students to learn to evaluate opportunities, tailor their material, and engage effectively with recruiters. Participants will leave with a personalized action plan and practical tools to stand out to employers.
