A Conversation with Dr. Faith Gibson Hubbard

In today’s evolving professional landscape, success isn’t just about having a plan. It’s about being nimble and ready to pivot. What does it mean to stay curious, adaptable, and strategic in your career journey? How can openness to new paths lead to unexpected opportunities and lasting fulfillment?

Dr. Faith Gibson Hubbard is a dynamic leader whose career reflects the power of being nimble, open, and impact-oriented. With a foundation in journalism and public relations, and graduate degrees in public administration, she has navigated a dynamic and
multifaceted professional journey, including public education, advocacy, and community engagement.

Her leadership roles include serving as the inaugural Chief Student Advocate for the District of Columbia,
Director of the DC Mayor’s Office of Community Affairs, and now CEO of FGH Strategies. Her journey reflects adaptability, community-rooted leadership, and a clear focus on impact - qualities that have allowed her to pivot across sectors.
