This club is to bring together students who are interested in learning, practicing, and engaging in American Sign Language alongside Deaf and hard of hearing culture and norms, bring awareness to the Deaf and hard of hearing community, and create a space for Deaf and hard of hearing students to be seen, included, and understood.
- Connect with other students who share an interest in American Sign Language. - Engage with guest speakers, community events, and volunteer opportunities related to American Sign Language and accessibility. - Take on leadership roles within the club. - Learn a new language that can be included on employment or educational applications.
