Re-Registration Resources
Organizations are required to re-register every academic year, deadline is September 11. All officers and advisors are required to log into Monarch Groups from https://portal.odu.edu/ so their accounts can be created, and they can then be added to the group portal. Please keep in mind that all officers and advisors has to validate their willingness to accept responsibility to serve as an officer.
Once you start the process to send a reminder email to your officers, go to my surveys/forms. Organizations that do not re-register by the deadline will lose any allocated funds. Upload your constitution as part of the re-registration process and don't forget to add it to your organization page for all your members to view.
