We’re looking for ODU students, faculty, and staff to help us film short clips for our Exercise is Medicine On Campus (EIM-OC) Mascot Challenge video!

Thursday, September 10
11:00 AM–3:00 PM — sign up for a 30-minute time slot

Locations and activities are listed below.

There are no talking parts! You’ll simply be helping us act out short clips highlighting active living on campus.

What to wear: Please wear an ODU shirt or a non-branded shirt and avoid visible outside brand logos (Nike, Adidas, etc.).

Review the available time slots below and select the shift(s) that work best for you. Feel free to sign up for more than one shift. We appreciate your support in helping fellow Monarchs protect their reign!
