The President will oversee the planning of events, help the treasurer with the budget, and ensure the following of guidelines established by the SGA.
The Vice-President will help the President in their duties, overseeing and helping the team where needs are.
The treasurer will be in charge of the budget, requesting payments from the SGA, and once a year (in April) prepare the following budget with the assistance of the President.
The Secretary will take notes of meetings if needed, promote the events, produce flyers, always with the help of the team.
