Apply for Student Organization Office Space by April 18!

Applications are open now for new and returning office tenants inside the Webb Center! If your organization wishes to retain their existing office space OR apply for the first time, please complete the Student Organization Office Space application by Thursday, April 18 at 12:00 noon. 

Apply for Organization Office Space Today!

Office space is intended to provide student organizations with the necessary space to conduct organization business. It is not intended to serve only as a storage space. Most organizations share an office with one or more organizations. Organizations granted office space agree to: 
  • Hold a minimum of 5 office hours per week during their active period (usually the academic year).
  • Post those office hours on the door or window of their office. 
  • Serve as a member of the Webb Council and attend monthly Webb Council meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office space. 
Applications will be reviewed, and organizations will be notified of their status no later than Monday, April 22. Please contact SET at set@odu.edu with questions about your application.
