1. Support the academic and professional development of political science students through networking, mentorship, and opportunities for research and public service;
2. Engage with the political science department and Old Dominion University in fostering the recruitment, development, and success of undergraduate and graduate students within the political science discipline;
3. Promote civic engagement and public discourse through events, workshops, and collaborations with local, state, and national organizations;
4. Contribute to the broader community by encouraging students and alumni to apply their knowledge of political science in ways that advance the public good, particularly in matters of policy, governance, and social justice
