Mission The proposed mission of the ASB Chapter at ODU is to create a multidisciplinary student-driven group to discuss all aspects of biomechanics and support individual/group research endeavors at all academic levels. We aim to foster collaboration amongst departments such as engineering, kinesiology, health sciences, and cellular mechanobiology.
Membership BenefitsThis chapter offers a myriad of opportunities for collaboration and exchange of ideas amongst students and respective faculty. We will offer many resources for professional development within this chapter including workshops for resumes, letters of intent, research statements, and much more. In addition to promoting our members, our chapter will benefit the realm of biomechanics by introducing biomechanics to our community.
