Our mission is to increase student engagement with bird-watching (also known as birding); increase awareness and knowledge of local, native avifauna; and provide opportunities to be involved in local groups and communities. In addition, we strive to also acknowledge the intersectionality between birding activities, the environment, and conservation.
Membership benefits include increased involvement and activity in the outdoors, bird identification skills, and bird watching skills. Members are also eligible for OBC merchandise and official club apparel.
