The organization has been established to create a support group that will help college students achieve their goals and better their lives, in the process building leaders who make a better world.

Membership Benefits
Members gain access to leadership development, such as live speaker broadcasts that feature influential social and business people as well as three different tiers of leadership titles within the society. In addition, members have access to career development opportunities and letters of recommendation which places them in a better position to start their career.
