2025 Spring Career & Internship Fair - In-person Event - Chartway Arena

The 2025 Spring Career & Internship Fair will be held at on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM at Chartway Arena.

This fair is intended for students of all majors and is an opportunity for you to present yourself professionally in person to potential employers while showcasing your skills and experience. The keys to a successful fair experience are preparation and follow-up. Here is a checklist to help you get prepared:

 -  Research the list of participating employers in Handshake
 -  Have your resume reviewed by  the Center for Career and Leadership Development 
 -  Prepare your 30 second introduction
 -  Make sure you have professional attire, a padfolio, and copies of your resume
 -  Don't forget to ask for business cards at the job fair so you can follow up with thank you notes via email or through LinkedIn

We’re offering an opportunity for students to take free professional headshots during the fair. A selection of professional clothing items from the Monarch Clothing Closet will also be available on-site.  Additionally, the Monarch Internship and Co-Op Office will be present to speak with students about internships and work-based learning as well as the VISA Office to provide support to international students with questions about OPT/CPT.
